GETTING STARTED AT THEORY

Start with Confidence, Train with Purpose

ONBOARDING SESSION

Your first session!
We recommend arriving 15 minutes early to meet your instructor, get comfortable in the space, and talk through your goals. You’ll be paired with a friendly, experienced partner for your first class so you can learn at your pace and feel supported every step of the way.

INTRO
SERIES

On the start of your journey,
our Intro Series is your first step!

Designed specifically for total beginners, this series walks you through how our classes run, introduces core Jiu-Jitsu concepts, and teaches you how to train safely, confidently, and in control. Whether you’re new to martial arts or just new to our space, this is where it all begins.

FOUNDATION SERIES

After completing the Intro Series, you’ll move into our Foundation Series.
This series introduces the Core20 Drills — our proprietary system built around essential grappling scenarios.
Completion unlocks access to your personal training Paths:
Shield, Sword, or Sport.

Got Questions?
We've Got You.

Just wear comfortable workout clothes — shorts, leggings, or joggers and a t-shirt or rashguard. We train No-Gi, so no special uniform is needed.

Nope! You don’t need to be fit or flexible. Our classes are beginner-friendly, with scaled movements and a safe, supportive pace.

Yes. Our intro sessions are designed to be welcoming, slow-paced, and hands-on. No sparring or rolling your first day — just learning and moving.

Absolutely. You’re welcome to bring someone to train or even just to watch your first class.

Awesome — we’ll meet you at your level. We love helping returning grapplers refine their fundamentals and rediscover their rhythm.
