We offer mixed and women-focused sessions, with Monday evenings being our women-focused sessions with other women. All classes are taught in a safe, respectful, and inclusive environment.

Nope! You don’t need to be fit or flexible. Our classes are beginner-friendly, with scaled movements and a safe, supportive pace.

Yes. Our intro sessions are designed to be welcoming, slow-paced, and hands-on. No sparring or rolling your first day — just learning and moving.

Just wear comfortable workout clothes — shorts, leggings, or joggers and a t-shirt or rashguard. We train No-Gi, so no special uniform is needed.

Of course — and you’re both welcome to take a free class to try it out!
