10 Fundamental Classes

Our semi-private format provides the quickest way to start having the conversation of this “physical language”. We have the confidence that after only 10 Sessions you will develop a solid understanding of how to practice Jiu-Jitsu.
You can complete them at your own pace, whether it’s once a week or 6 times a week!

Fundamentals Assessment

After your sessions are completed, the Fundamentals Assessment is unlocked. This is where you will demonstrate the knowledge you have gained throughout the course.
After successful completion, the
Advanced Class becomes available, where your Jiu-Jitsu skills will progress, along with access to Open Rolling.

Jiu-Jitsu Rankings

After 10 Advanced sessions, you will receive the rank of One-Stripe White Belt. From there, you will be provided the guidelines on how to advance to the next rank, from White Belt to Black Belt! You will also be provided with constant feedback and suggestions to further express your game, allowing your own Jiu-Jitsu path to be created!
