Will this help me lose weight or get in shape?
Absolutely. Our classes build real-world strength, cardio endurance, and mental resilience — and they’re a ton of fun.
Do I need to be in shape to start?
Nope! You don’t need to be fit or flexible. Our classes are beginner-friendly, with scaled movements and a safe, supportive pace.
What should I wear to my first class?
Just wear comfortable workout clothes — shorts, leggings, or joggers and a t-shirt or rashguard. We train No-Gi, so no special uniform is needed.
Is Jiu-Jitsu safe for total beginners?
Yes. Our intro sessions are designed to be welcoming, slow-paced, and hands-on. No sparring or rolling your first day — just learning and moving.
Can I try it first?
Yes — your first class is completely free. Just wear comfortable workout clothes and sign up online.
