All classes are No-Gi. No prior experience or fitness level required to start.

How to Read the Schedule

  • Your 7-Day Free Trial usually begins in a No-Gi All Levels or Foundations-style class.
  • We’ll talk before class about your goals, injuries, and comfort level so we can set the right pace.
  • After your first week, we’ll help you decide how often to train and which nights fit you best.

Tuesday
6:30 PM - 8:00 PM
No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu • Foundations / Positional
Slightly more structured focus on core positions, frames, and escapes, with guided rounds.
Great for newer students and anyone wanting more focused reps.
Wednesday
6:30 PM – 8:00 PM
Wrestling Integration • No-Gi Stand-Up
Stand-up entries, hand-fighting, and safe takedowns built specifically for no-gi grappling.
Recommended after you’re comfortable with basic Jiu-Jitsu movements.

Friday
4:30 PM - 6:00 PM
Open Mat
Supervised open training for drilling, light rounds, and specific work. Pacing agreed between partners.
Perfect for extra reps, problem-solving, and trying things at your own pace.
Saturday
10:00 AM - 11:30 AM
Open Mat
Weekend mat time for students to drill, roll, or troubleshoot positions with coaching available.
Great for catching up if you missed a class or want extra time on a position.
